Be good to yourself, to others, this “now,” this moment. Think of goodness in yourself; have good thoughts this instant, as you listen to me. Be good this moment to yourself, with me, with us together who listen to this right now? Relax, be calm and well.

The words we say to ourselves tell us how to think, how to feel and how to respond. We’ve programmed ourselves with words over time, beginning in childhood; maybe before we were even born. We are pre programmed genetically, epigenetically, by how our parents and grandparents thought and felt. Yet we can reprogram that programming; we can write new code to determine how we’re going to react, how we’re going to think, and how we’re going to feel about ourselves inside.

We control our brain with our brain. We control our body with our brain, with our thoughts, with our will, unconscious or not. So let’s be conscious. Let’s be conscious, and have conscience, about doing it this moment; let’s be conscious of how we feel.

How at ease are you this instant? Do you want to be more calm, relaxed and in control? Well, you can be. Start with the word, “calm.” With the word, “well,” feeling well inside yourself from head to toe. Tell your body to feel good, to feel calm and relaxed … and take another step to a greater peace … and feel love inside you again and again.

I suggest to you as you get deeper to your core … as we all get closer to who we really are … there’s nothing but love, compassion, care and understanding inside of us. Let’s do a little Qigong with everything I’ve just said in mind. With a goodness immortality and strength. Close your eyes, or imagine their clothes if you can’t close them. Now, if you can relax your body habits seat and close your eyes.

Imagine that you can see through your eyelids don’t stress your strain but focus on the tip of your nose from the tip of your nose. See a ruby red arc, go out about three to four inches and then curve back in into your heart. Eyes to nose with eyelids, close nose to heart and a ruby red are. Don’t be concerned with exactly how it should look just to Ruby Red arc curving out and going into your heart. Hold that image in breathe and as you hold that image, that vision, don’t control a thing.

Don’t control your breath. Your body knows the natural, perfect and immortal way to breathe. You don’t have to force it. In fact, I suggest you can’t. You simply allow that perfect breath to breathe itself. We allow ourselves To be relaxed, we don’t have to force it. We don’t have to demand or insist.

We’re all ready, relaxed inside is who we are. I suggest to you that deep and perfect self, that soul that core of who we are, is nothing but relaxed. It’s a piece that path passeth understanding that is more than relaxation. It’s a deep love, compassion and wellness that holds within it more relaxation, more peace and calm than you could ever imagine.

Eyes to nose, nose to heart in a ruby red arc, not controlling a thing when we do these exercises when you listen to my podcast. Don’t try to control anything, just the opposite. Let go into who you really are in a way Like a spiritual massage where you’re letting go into your deeper self, the authentic you, the pure you. That is okay, that’s good. That’s solid, secure, stable and strong.

Relax, become unwell eyes to nose, nose to heart in a Ruby read our eyes to nose, nose to heart and the Ruby read our, let your attention now fall to your feet. Feeling your feet rooted deeply into the earth like a tree is rooted into the ground about 10 feet or so. Whatever comes to you and it doesn’t matter if you’re on the 15th floor of a building, in your office or home. Simply Imagine you’re sitting on the earth in a gentle, relaxed chair with the soles of your feet touching the ground and kind of tap those souls Have your feet kind of tap your toes in the bottom of your feet onto the ground and feel yourself kindly, gently, naturally and in a belonging way rooted into the earth.

We’re of this world we belong we’re of this earth, from it composed of it. We’re here as ourselves relaxed, calm and well. we control our minds together and right now, not the outside world, not what’s happening in our lives that may be unpleasant and stressful.

We control how we experience life, we control how we feel and react to all the world and to ourself. So let’s react well, right now again, let’s be calm, and good to ourselves this moment, eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet, to create Round, eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground, our body is relaxed at ease and strong but it’s not a pressured strain.

True, deep, ultimate strength where we are impervious to harm isn’t like a bodybuilder with tense bulging muscles. It’s a strength that protects that’s, that comes out of pure and perfect love, pure compassion and the pure essence of who we really are. When there’s purity of self goodness, of soul in our lives. We are impervious it’s a strength really, that’s greater than strength. That’s calm.

A warrior, a fighter, a boxer. Anyone there building up strength to oppose something, and in the end this strength only defeats everyone. We’re instead finding an eternal part of ourselves. The real person who we are our soul, our perfect good in that goodness, there develops an impervious ness to harm and the outside world think of it when someone’s walking down the street, gentle, humble happy with a good feeling and a good energy to them. jus naturally want to attack them and beat them up and take things away. Or do you to respond with a perfect piece of perfect calm. We’re living How to Be calm and well. By understanding that we are manufacturing our world this moment and today by what we’re thinking, by what we’re saying, and what we’re doing. These words to you right now and here are to help you choose to reprogram yourself, to help you choose to write the code for a better life for better thoughts and most of all, better feeling, but it’s not something you have to create so much. It’s just a practice a repetition of Qigong, listening to these podcasts, reading our articles and books, taking our courses. It’s a practice and a repetition that takes you to your soul to your core of happiness, bliss and peace.
