How valuable is anger for us? It’s an emergency reaction to keep ourselves safe, to attack and protect.
We’re designed to get angry in certain situations. It’s a survival response.
We’re designed to have fear; it’s a survival response too. Yet, we may need to use less fear and anger; and more understanding for life to go well.
Fear is afraid to love.
If we have layers of trauma and hardship, layers of fear that we don’t really feel; this fear will inhibit our ability to love and join life.
Let go and live.
With the Secret to Immortality, we work though fear and angers held tight; we engage in a fundamental love. We grow and face challenge in a positive way.
