In this meditation we’re going to use the word arm om to relax, become and manifest our eternal nature.

So with the word arm om as we go ahead, remember also the words relax the word calm and the idea that we’re bringing forth our eternal nature.

So we’re going to set up this meditation sit down, get comfortable, close your eyes, a hands on your thighs up near your knees, palms down. Again, we’re going to use the word arm. But also think of the word relax.

Think of the word calm. And the idea that gentle intent that we’re managing festing our eternal nature as we go ahead. Let’s speak in gently and quietly voice the word arm OM With your mouth open, you begin arm and you close your mouth halfway through. As you voice the M very gently and almost silently to yourself.

Let’s give it a try. Say the word OM. You’re sitting down, your feet are flat on the floor, hands on your thighs up, you’re up near your knees, your eyelids are close, saying the word arm.

Again, don’t think of meaning it has no meaning. Let your mind relax. And remember the word relax. Remember the word calm we’re always in every meditation working towards relaxation. Working towards calm observe your breath. Don’t control it. Eyes to nose with eyelids shut nose to heart never be red arc feet to ground.

OM, I’m, I’m perfect alive and good. The world is well. Oh, I’m just keep repeating easily, gently. OM, I’m letting that sound take you to the core of who you are to the beautiful level. Good in your soul. And understanding that soul emerges in the flesh in your body and every cell in organ and on OM perfect life OM, and you and me, living alive in the world perfect life on Earth. Beauty, success, happiness and good everywhere we look om throughout the day, Repeat the word arm. Think of this exercise. Repeat and listen to the exercise if you can.
