In this podcast, I’m reading from our book, “Qigong and Spiritual Growth,” that’s spelled Q I G O N G and spiritual growth. Again, this is John Harrigan, and you can find this book on Amazon. I’m reading today from chapter one, and the name of that chapter is “Absolute Peace.”

Reading from that book again, our perfect core, the immortal core, the immortal center of who we are. Our soul peace is our core. At this core, when you experience it is a bliss, a peace of happiness. The best of who we are, the best of who you are is at the, the center of our soul, the center of our body. Yet that center, that peace, that immortality is in the center of every cell of our body, every living thing in the world.

If we look at the world within eternal nature, if we look at the world with eternal bliss, eternal love, eternal consciousness, as we look at the world with eternal consciousness from our soul, the world transforms. And these are my words, this is not in the book, but the book tells you how to get to this place I’m talking about. It’s a very important concept. The world transforms physically as we look at it with our eternal vision, our eternal cells, our eternal nature, um, with a secret to immortality that we teach on our website, immortalnow.com. There are three parts to that secret to immortality. The first part is mindfulness for immortality. And that’s what we’re doing now as I’m teaching you food for your brain, for your mind, um, that you can talk about and think about. The second of the three parts is qigong?

And that’s the name of this book. Qigong and spiritual growth. There are Qigong exercises later. I won’t go into them in this episode. The third part of the secret to immortality is coaching for immortality that’s available. Once you’ve finished, read the website a bit. Um, read some of the articles and taking the course. Introduction to immortality. Again, reading from the book are perfect core, so essential to who we are. Our perfect core is the first title of the first section. The sections of this book are really short meditative readings to read in a meditative state, not to think about intellectually and try to understand or intellectually decipher, discern exactly what the secret to immortality is. You can’t get to it that way. You have to suspend your thinking because our thinking is really just a tool for solving worldly task, mortal task and our work with the secret to immortality is immortal, eternal work.

Finding our eternal selves, our eternal souls, and bringing those into the world, into the flesh, bringing our eternal nature into our flesh, into the world together as a community across the world with a secret to immortality. Our perfect core, again from the book reading peace is our core, the best of who we are. Deep inside. We’re strong, so simple. Deep inside we’re eternal. We’re compassion, we’re love, we’re beauty. We’re at peace where we are. Peace quote at peace. We find ourselves and know who we are. It’s essential to get more and more centered into our immortal core. Qigong helps us do that and find that piece of our eternal nature that we all really sense is their quote. At peace we find ourselves and know who we are in all of us. There’s a core that’s calm and still our eternal nature. Our immortal selves quote at this core is love.

Love is it? Love is is all. There is love who we are. Quote a perfect love that knows the world reading from the book right now at this core, the core of who we are is love at this core is love, a perfect love that knows the world. End of quote, when we are at our core, we know who we are naturally. Most of us are searching for fulfillment, trying to define ourselves. Discover ourselves by achievement, by accomplishment, by acquisition in the world, by status in this never gets us anywhere because the only status we have is within ourselves in our eternal nature. Quote in all of us, there is a core that’s common still at this core is love, a perfect love that knows the world and quote that knows the world. We know who we are when we’re at the center of who we are, we know who we are when we’re acting from our core, acting from our soul, thinking with this eternal love, experiencing this love in ourselves and in all the world and in everyone else.

No matter how someone’s acting good or bad, lost or found, no matter how somebody is acting, I assure you they’re created with love and love is the essence of who they are and we may not be, we can’t force them to realize this. We can’t force people to love who they are and know themselves and activate that perfect love, but we can be loving and kind to give people a chance, especially our children. Our friends, our loved ones, our work mates on our job. We can be loving and kind. We can be loving and tolerant in everything we do, even if we have to set boundaries and limits with people that may be difficult or even dangerous. We can do it with respect and strong love, respect in strong love. Quote, be calm and have peace at your core. You exist in a perfect state to find this core. Meditate or go for a walk, hike in the woods, sit by the sea, spend time with your child. Think of love and be at peace to find your core, to find who you are. It’s simple, but you have to do these simple things to get to the core. When you read this, you might say, that’s so and it is simple. It’s more simple than simple quote.

At your core, you exist in a perfect state, an immortal state, an eternal state of compassion. And love. That’s who we are. Quote at your core, you exist in a perfect state. To find this core, meditate or go for a walk. You can do I Qigong meditation that I take you through again and again in these podcasts and I’ll take you through one right now. Very quickly, very simply. Sit down, relax, observe your breath, close your eyes. Look through your eyelids with your eyelids closed. Pretend you can see through them to the tip of your nose. From the tip of your nose. Vision of Ruby red art going at about three to four inches and curving in it into your heart. Eyes to nose, nose to heart, Ruby red arc breathing easy and calmly observing your wrath. Eyes to nose, nose to heart in a Ruby red arc, feet to ground. Let your attention go down your body to your feet.

Vision your feet rooted 10 feet deep into the ground, eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground, observing your breath breathing easily and calmly. That’s qigong warmup and that’s actually the only qigong exercise you ever need to know are do. I’ll teach you more. A lot more and the other qigong exercises are helpful, effective, and powerful. Five organ breathing, for example. Um, three step. Qigong for immortality. I teach and this qigong warm up and there’ll be other exercises that I introduced, but quite honestly, all you need to do is just Fasten on to one qigong exercise, practice it and do it every day or as often as you can. Some qigong masters in China, grand masters and Wu Dang mountain where my lineage is from. Some of them just focus on one exercise and one exercise only. It’s really about going to your core, finding that immortal you, that perfect peace, that lasting consciousness. Now I suppose you could memorize a hundred different qigong exercises and you could read every book, every written ever written on them, but the essential thing is that you start to practice an exercise and do it on a regular basis and let that exercise take you beyond thinking beyond learning, beyond exercise to your soul, to your core, to your loving being,

reading from the book again, quote, be calm and have peace. That’s who we are at our core, at our immortal were calm and weren’t peace. We’re in love. We’re in bliss quote at your core, you exist in a perfect state. To find this core meditator, go for a walk, a do something simple to get yourself out of your head, out of your worries, out of your concerns and overthinking, quote, hike in the woods, sit by the sea. It’s valuable to do something natural and in nature, and if you can’t just look at photographs from nature. Look at YouTube videos of something in nature. We are from nature. We are natural creatures. Living in an artificial world, most of us created by thoughts of men and woman, and I would suggest that artificial world, whether you’re in around room or more likely a squared room with square corners and windows, it’s not natural.

Your body didn’t evolve to understand that, comprehend that or thrive in that situation. It’s essential to get back to nature in some way. If you’re in a city and it’s not possible, look at videos of nature. Have photographs of nature in your room, around your house, in your office, at your desk. Get into nature and do Qigong quote, hike in the woods. Sit by this. See, I’m fortunate and that the sea is just a block away from me. Quotes, spend time with your child. If you have a child, spend time and give attention to that child with appreciation, love, and support. Quote, think of love and be at peace. It’s that simple. Stop. Your worry is stop your concerns. Stop trying to create your life so forcefully and just think of love for a minute with me right now. Think of the world. Think of the word love and we did this in the last week’s podcast.

Think of the world love in front of you. L. O. V. E. beautiful, compassionate letters, perhaps a Ruby red love. Think of love all around you. Think of love in the world. Imagine love in your heart. If you can’t feel it and you don’t see it, simply imagine it. Think of it being there. You don’t have to feel love to act with love. You don’t have to have love to benefit from love. I assure you, love is inside you as who you are. So think of love. The more we think of love around us, inside us, the more we speak with calm, compassionate tones. You don’t have to tell your boss that you love, love him or her. You’d have to tell your workmates, but try to speak with a calm and compassionate nature. You’re not trying to get them into love you. You’re not to get them to like you to get them to cooperate.

You’re just toning down your aggression, your toning down, your worry and fear and thinking of love and speaking and calm even tones. You’d be surprised how people cooperate at home, at work and at play. When you do this, think of love, quote, think of love and be at peace from the book. Qigong in spiritual growth. That photo photograph of the sunset on the beach. You just vision it. It is essential to vision because whether you know it or not, you’re visioning your life every second of the day. Every second year away can probably every second year asleep. The visions of the day are playing through your head and your body. So take control of that visioning process of that thinking process. This is the first part of the secret to immortality. Mindfulness for immortality. We start to deliberately vision and we start to deliberately think, speak and act with kindness, love and immortality. Chapter one is absolute peace in. Where did that name come from? It came from my soul. It came from a higher power, a greater good, a greater wonder that exists within all of us and all of you, I suggest. Higher power. Absolute peace is in you right now. Think of peace of quiet and calm and every cell of your body in your heart and your mind.

There’s peace in your hands and your fingers and your feet, your stomach, heart, spleen, kidneys. There’s peace in every part of you. Peace all around you. Peace in your mind, in your head. Peace in your day. Peace in this moment. A perfect quiet, an absolute peace. The name of the first chapter, absolute peace. Literally everything in this book is from an immortal and perfect place. Your place. This isn’t, I’m not, um, I’m not a superstar. I’m not a, um, what is the world? A Superman is super being, I suggest to you and nobody is and nobody ever has been. But together we have an incredible inner resource of peace, of happiness and bliss. And I want to emphasize together alone, not much happens alone. We suffer and expire. Qigong connects us and this podcast is, we all listened to it. And do it together brings us together an absolute peace.

What is love? Love is simply connectivity within our bodies. Within ourselves. Love is simply being connected with the rest of creation. It’s very, very simple. Immortality is full connection. It doesn’t have to be perfect and absolute. This isn’t. Mortality isn’t something to achieve, become. I am a super power Superman, superwoman, not at all. Um, immortality comes from being the humble little to you that’s connected to that humbleness and everyone else, the beauty and perfection in the world. Chapter one, absolute peace, compassionate kind at home, in love with ourselves in the world. That is near the end of our podcast for this week.
