“Meditation for Immortality” — In this meditation, we’re going to activate our body of God, our physically immortal body, our perfect body of light and good. This meditation is God in our body.

Relax, be calm, breathe deeply. Eyes closed. Look through eyelids to tip of nose, tip of nose to heart in ruby, red arc; feet to ground. God in our body. Perfect life, perfect, good, perfect love in every cell of our body, in our head, in our toes, in our feet, in our arms and our legs, our belly, our gut. God in our body. Perfect soul, perfect mind, perfect life.

Feel God in your stomach and relax. Feel God in your throat, perfect life, perfect love in your neck in your head in your mind. There is perfect consciousness, compassionate, good taking care of you.

No need to believe or even have faith. Just understand that God — as I say it — is Perfect Life and good, a Higher Power that is yours. God in your body, perfect life, perfect love in your stomach, in your belly, in your hips, in your buttocks, in your legs, in your knees and your thighs. God in every cell.
