We invest a great deal of time, energy and thought into making death the reality it is.

We look at death most every day… in the news, in our lives, in the mirror. Death is a part of life in every way. But it does not have to be this way.

By accepting death in each moment—we give it life, reality and certainty. We create death by our complicit agreement that it is a “given” part of reality. But death is really just another part of life that does not have to be, it is something we have created, over time, for ourselves.

There is no certainty or absolute necessity that death ever happen. Death is not a strange phenomenon foisted upon us from a mysterious source. Death is not a “plan” of a higher power to test us. Death is not the design of nature or how life was “intended” to be.

Death is something we create by misusing our ability to live. Use life well and good things happen; the body lasts. Use life wrong, and poor results ensue.

At our best, life continues as an uninterrupted journey of development and growth; and death is not an issue. inevitible..

Suggestion for the day: Our bodies were created to live forever.
