To begin…
1. Relax and Let Go

Find a chair in a quiet and calm place where you’re safe, where you’ll not be disturbed.
Close your eyes and relax.
2. Breathe Easy and Calm
With eyes shut, breathe in and out.
Observe your breath in a calm and loving way,
Have compassion for yourself. Have compassion for how you breathe… in and out.
3. Be Aware of Your Heart

As you breathe, feel your heart and sense its’ color.
Let your heart join each breath you take.
Breathe in and out. Feel love; breathe with love.
Breathe as if your heart and lungs were one.
With each breath, see your heart grow.
Breathe love … in and out.
4. See Love Around You
See and feel love around you, where you sit, in the air of your room.
Feel this love secure in you, coming from your heart.
Breathe in and out. Feel love all around you, warm and good.
Know the love in you — appreciate the love around you.
5. Love the World

Love the world as the world loves you.
As you breathe in and out, from your heart, feel yourself FULL OF LOVE … take this love to the world.
Love the world as the world loves you.
See the earth full of love — alive with love and care.
Feel the earth, secure and belonging to you.
See a world full of love, as the love in you.

Make Love Yours
The exercise above was simple and easy to do, as are all the techniques you’ll discover with us.
The secret to making these techniques work, and work well, is practice and repetition.
We repeat similar thoughts and feelings all day long, as a matter of habit and without thinking. Hour by hour, we act out of habit. As a consequence, life can seem a bit random and chaotic … but it’s not.
Ask yourself, are your habits serving you, giving you what you want? Or do your habits work against you.
We create our lives by habits. Be aware of your habitual thoughts can feelings. Where is love? Do you make the effort to love in your day. What habits are making your life the way it is.
Consciously or without awareness, we receive what we create. Our habits form our lives and predict our future.

Determine Your Life!
Awareness and choice create.
With a little awareness, we can determine our lives: how we feel, think and the physical circumstances of our day.
Awareness directs energy to a thought or wish, giving life to our intent. Our choices do the same.
Choice and awareness, together, create the best of life.
Love with Immortal Strength
Love is our core, a powerful and unending love. We can use this love all day long, in every situation and circumstance … if we make the choice to love.
We can let this love lead our lives — directing, protecting and giving us immortal strength.
Practice Please!
To have the love we want — to be strong, at ease and well — we must practice and be aware of how we’re thinking, speaking and acting. If we want love, we have to give love in how we live.
Is love your way? Is silent care and compassion your manner?

Have Love Every Day
Love is a choice we make. We can have love every day, all day long, if we choose to love and act on this choice.
Practice the exercise above. Be aware of how you feel, how you think and how you treat those around you.

Love can be yours — a love as strong and powerful as you chose — but some practice is required.
Love is a choice and skill to be learned. Love is free and without end. Love is smart and informed.
Love comes from our soul; love comes from the world.
