You cannot and should not rush The Immortality Process. You cannot and should not hurry your Immortality Work. The more you rush and hurry, the less effective you will be.
Simply do it: Read the books, read the blogs and do the course at a slow and easy pace. If stopping seems right to you, stop for a while. Or do not stop. But go slowly, and think about what you are doing. Then stop thinking.
