Bonus Video!

The Cat Can Teach Us

In the photo above, the cat is calm and peaceful, focused in upon itself. The cat is doing something natural and instinctive that most animals do. We might call this meditation, getting calm or being centered.

We are similar to this cat and most other animals that do this instinctive act. There is peace and strength to who we are, but we must look within.

To experience our deep and powerful self — as the cat does — we need to get quiet, close our eyes and be calm.

Cats don’t watch T.V., text their friends or surf the internet. They’re not distracted from their lives. Cats frequently pause and experience their own deep selves throughout the day.

We’re not much different than the cat. To have peace and strength, we have to do what the cat does. We must slow down and gather ourselves.

We may need a pause to experience our best.

Find Your Peace and Strength

Soon to Be Released!

This chapter will help you find your peace and strength. You’ll learn to get control of who you are and how to live the life you want. You’ll learn to be your best in a powerful way.

Read each short headlined section that follows. Pause and meditate. Think or do not think as you read. Allow each section to give you something good.

Don’t make an effort to understand what you’ve read; don’t struggle to create meaning. Allow each reading to be a gift, without definition.

Read each section below and pause. Let each reading lead you into thought and meditation.

When you’re finished with a section, you’ll know you’re finished. When you know, move on to another section or go about your day.

Every reading is a meditation — a moment with something to give.

The Readings

The Treasure of Your Soul

Your soul is perfect love and grace with stillness and enormous strength.

Naturally we’re good and kind, or bad and cruel. Either way, it’s our choice. What will we do?

There’s treasure in our soul that’s ours. When we act in good and thoughtful ways, we activate our gold and bring alive our perfect love.

We Can Say No to Wrong

If grace and love aren’t happening in your life, perhaps something’s wrong? Maybe you’ve not been treated well by yourself or someone else?

We can change how we treat ourselves. We can stop the wrong others do. We can ask for what we want and not accept what does us little good.

We can say no.

Activate the Best in You

To activate your perfect core of immortality, to have the grace and love that’s yours: think of the words, grace and love. Say the words, grace and love, to yourself, then say these words again to someone else. See how you feel?

When we act with grace and love, we activate our perfect core of immortality.

As we hold grace and love in who we are, the good of the world gathers to our lives.

Have Gratitude and Care

Our behaviors create feeling and thought.

When we act with love and grace, we bring the love and grace inside ourselves to life. Our behaviors create feelings and thoughts.

We have the best of who we are inside. At our core, we’re perfect life and immortality. In our soul, we’re gratitude and care.

With focus and intent, we can activate our best.

The World always Gives

The world gives to us what we give to the world.

Life gives to us what we’ve given to the world: kindness, hate, despair or love. The world responds to what we say and do.

This important fact is not a secret or a guarded truth. We all have this information. We use it every day— the world gives to us what we give to the world.

If we pet a dog or cat, it will usually respond with faithful love. A child reacts in a similar way. If we treat another person well, they usually treat us well. If we threaten someone’s life, our life is then in danger.

It we act to harm the world, the world will act in harm toward us. This is not a difficult thought to grasp. We use this law of nature every day to improve our lives or place ourselves in peril. The choice is ours.

Life gives to us the quality we give. People treat us in the manner we treat them. By how we act and think, we give instructions to the world.

What instructions are you giving to the world today?
