Bad feelings lead us to good thoughts and personal “Gold.”

Find one bad feelings: a hurt or injury from another, a resentment

or ill will of your own toward someone else.

Specifically, there may be someone you do not like, or something

someone did you are not happy about. First, look to those closet to

you; this is the most productive place to begin.

What happened? What is the thought? What are the feelings?

With no judgment of yourself or the other person, take a look;

what do you see and feel? Keep looking. Withhold judgment of

yourself and the other person; simply observe your thoughts and

feelings around the situation.

Slowly, focus away from the thoughts and move toward feelings.

What is the feeling? Where is the feeling in your body? What is the

shape of the feeling; give it a shape. What is the size and color of the

feeling,  give it size and color.

Now, simply observe the feeling and associated thought. Don’t do

anything else; observe and watch.

With awareness, solution will come. Simply observe, without judgment

of yourself or the other person. Observe in a gentle an caring manner.

With the intention of acceptance and love, simply observe.

Immortality works the same, observe the immortal quality of your

soul as your body. Observe and look at the immortal quality of

your physical self.

If nothing happens and you have no “experience” of your immortality,

it does not matter. In time you will, in your own way, understand

your immortal nature.

Your immortal nature is already in existence. It is there as your body,

mind and feelings. Simply watch it, observe, and it will emerge to teach

you who you are.
