Heaven Is Here

We do not need to die to go to heaven; we can have it now, with a little effort and work. If we know heaven is ours, if we act with goodwill and love, heaven becomes who we are and heaven takes place upon earth.

We have all the ability we need to bring heaven about—as we choose good thoughts, good words and deeds.

At Peace with the World

All of life points us toward one thing—heaven in our soul and life. Heaven is a world where we’re at peace—with a mind, a purpose and will toward good.

Dreams Come True

All our dreams come true in a world that’s heaven. Life naturally gives forth what is good when we act toward life in a good and decent manner.

All of the world can make heaven “here and now”: the infirm can walk; the sick can be healed; war may end and all can be fed. How and when this happens is our choice? We are the ones who must act with goodness of heart, goodness of mind and deed—to make this happen. We can do this, give heaven to earth, as we try a little each day and build upon our efforts.

Heaven Is a Choice

Heaven is a conscious choice. When will we say enough to what is harmful in life? When will we know we are here to be happy and free?

Heaven Is Here!

Heaven Comes to Earth

Heaven comes to earth as we make heaven here, as we usher it in with our minds, hearts and souls. As we come to be in sync with life and what is good, all of heaven appears.  We are the one’s who have heaven to give.

Heaven Is Our Soul

Heaven will come as we desire and make it so, as we use our will for good. Heaven is the gift of life, a wonderful human ability.

Let heaven appear by thought, word and deed. Let heaven happen now. With all you think, say and do… make it good. Heaven will appear.

Change for the Better
How do you change your life today, right now… in this instant?

How do you move away from a life, from a world that takes you to death, to calamity and accident?

Move Away from Bad Events

How do we move away from suffering and death? If we call death and suffering a “left turn,” how do we “turn right” into love, wholeness and fullness of being… into a life of compassion, happiness and bliss?

Bliss and Perfection

How do you make that change, to bliss and perfection; it may seem impossible? But it’s not impossible at all. You can make the change toward something good this second, right now with me by changing how you think, speak and act. It’s that simple.

Do an Inventory

Do an inventory at the end of the day. How have you been thinking; how have you been speaking? How have you been acting today; how have you been treating yourself and others? It is always about you, about me; it’s a question of how we are treating ourselves and others… good or bad? These actions, this treatment creates our world.

Move toward Love
To change instantly, I suggest beginning with the word, “love.” Put aside everything you’ve heard about love, everything you think about love.

Put aside thoughts about successful relationships and unsuccessful relationships. Put aside thoughts about love from your parents, or not getting love from your parents that you deserved. Put aside thoughts about not giving love to yourself, or not giving love to your children that they deserved.

Love Is in You Now!

Put away all those judgments, all those thoughts and just think about love, the word l-o-v-e. What is love? I am teaching you right now how to activate love within you. Love is in you now.

This love in you is activated by awareness, awareness that love is always you. Activate love in you. Be aware; see and feel this love. Love is within you. Love is in me.

We activate the “Loving Core” of our soul, with the simple word and thought of love.

Thoughts, words and deeds create our world.

Change Your Direction

We can change our direction away from failure, disease and death. We can change that left turn toward trouble, to a right turn toward love, compassion and bliss. We do this by changing how we think, speak and act.

“EXERCISE OF LOVE”
For instant strength and peace

Part 1.

To change this instant, think about the word, love. Close your eyes, and focus down toward your nose. See a ruby red arc going from your nose to your heart.

Think about the love within you: feel it, sense it, see it this love now. There is love everywhere in you as who you are. Love is you. Love is me and everyone else in the world.

Think of your heart; what is in your heart? Think of love. Now let your attention, with your eyes shut, go down to your legs. See your feet deeply rooted to the earth, like the roots of a tree.

Be calm; be at peace.

Part 2.

With your eyes closed, see a ruby red arc going out from your nose to your heart. Love, think of love. Allow love to come from your core… your soul, yourself.

- Think of the thought, “I am love.”

- Think of the words, “I am love.”

- Speak the words, “I am love,” and touch your heart.

Think of love and say, “I am love.”

Take your hand, and tap your heart gently saying, “I am love.”

Part 3.

Let’s feel love in who we are, completely and deeply. Let’s feel love in our heart. Let’s feel this love go from our heart to our head. Let’s see our love go from our heart down our body to our feet and into the ground, as we are deeply rooted like a tree in love.

Let us know, feel and be the earth in all its kindness, in all its loving earthly presence. Let’s see the air of this world as the atmosphere of love, with the sun shining forth and bringing out our love, with the sun giving us its’ “Perfect Essence.”

Part 4.

Let love happen, right now… in your heart, in your soul, in your life. Let love happen to you!

Let love be who you are today, this instant! With me, with the world, with everyone who’s reading this article, with everyone who’s reading these words… let love be who you are! Let your words be heard by all of us here reading this page, as you say, “I am Love”!

We can have a perfect life and perfect world: Creation complies with our thoughts and reacts to our actions and words. We are riding the wave of Creation, and we’re in charge. We are riding the back of the Universe as we would ride a horse.

It’s not a random world unless we think, act and expect in a random way.

The world obeys, replies and reacts to us… just as other people react to our life and behavior. Ill-will repeated makes greater ill-will. Yet goodwill gathers strength and improves its presence, as we act more and more with goodwill.

Our Decision

It’s our decision. It’s our creation and life. We’re designed to live forever in goodwill and perfection. The world and universe will come to our assistance with strength and benevolence if we set the example, if we put the action of goodwill into play by how we:

Immortality and love are the subject of this three-part video series–immortality of our body, mind and soul—living a life without illness, death or accident, and evolving by our own efforts.  

As we act with goodwill, goodwill takes place within us, changing our lives. Goodwill activates our Loving Core allowing us to have the life we’ve always wanted, to be the people we’ve always wanted to be.

Goodwill Takes Place inside Us

You might ask, “How does goodwill happen to me, when I act with good will”? Well… you’re acting from your body. You’re acting from your heart. You’re acting from your brain and from your nervous system. You’re acting with goodwill and that action of goodwill takes place in you first, physically and mentally.

Goodwill Is Structured into Us

When we act into the world with goodwill, our action structures this goodwill into our lives, into who we are. When we act into the world with goodwill, our actions structure goodwill into our brains, our nervous systems and bodies. This goodwill gets to our bones, our muscles and organs. All of who we are is affected by what we do in goodwill.

So it’s incredibly important to act with goodwill. But also to think with goodwill, to speak with goodwill and to act physically with goodwill in everything we do.

How We Act Creates Our Life

Speaking and physical actions are really the same. In human expression, there’s thinking, speaking and physical action—they’re all the same.

Thinking is a physical activity in our brain and body. Speaking is a physical activity with our vocal cords that includes our brain and body. In speaking, our sound waves go out into the world affecting other people as well as ourselves.

Physical actions, walking to the left or right, actions that help someone or actions that harm—these are all behaviors that create our life, that create who we are—our health, our well-being and welfare.

Our Health Is Made by Us

Thoughts, words and actions create our life. Thoughts, words and actions create our health. A body in perfect health, someone in complete well-being and self-knowledge, does not die or fad away. They simply develop more and more into a perfect person.

Designed to Be Immortal

What immortality is about, what I am suggesting to you is this: Immortality isn’t some cataclysmic or radical change. Immortality is how we already are. Immortality is how we are designed to be. But over the eons of time, we haven’t been treating ourselves well, or acting in a manner that allows immortality.

Act as You’re Designed!

We haven’t been behaving in a way our bodies are designed to think, speak and act. My suggestion, what I strongly say about thinking, speaking and acting—is that these behaviors create our personal lives.

     How we think, speak and act creates our happiness or unhappiness, our health or demise.

How we think, speak and act allows us to recover when we’re injured, to get better when we’re harmed.

Choose a Better Life

If we slowly and deliberately choose a life of better thinking, better speaking and behavior with benevolent thoughts, words and deeds—the Loving Core of who we are, our physical nature, comes alive in a way it was designed to be.

No One Likes Unhappiness

No one likes to wake up in the morning unhappy. No one likes to go to a job they don’t enjoy. No one likes to go home to a family they don’t appreciate, to a family that my not appreciate and love them… and we don’t have to. We don’t have to at all! But it may take a little time, some effort and help to get from a place of unhappiness to a life of fulfillment and joy.

It may take some time to get away from bad habitual behaviors to behaviors of love and joy, to a life of goodness and well-being, where we can fully function in a human way, as who we really are.

Our Perfect Selves

We have to treat ourselves right and well before we can feel our Deep, Complete and Perfect Selves that we all have within us. This Perfect Self is all of us… our hair, our eyes, our face, skin and nose.

The Core of Who We Are

Well-being, goodness, love and perfection is our heart, our brain, our nervous system and body tissues… it’s the Core of Who We Are, always inside us wanting to express.

When we aren’t being loved, when we don’t experience being loved by the world, we don’t feel right; we don’t feel good.

The Flow of Love inside Us

When we aren’t able to share the love of our soul with the love of the world, life may not seem good? But there is a dance, a rhythm and flow of love inside us. When we activate this flow, this perfection of our soul, life improves.

A Deeply Giving, Compassionate Place

As we give rise to the love and perfection within us, by gentle attention and techniques I’ll show you, as we start to do these activities… life improves, and we feel changes.

We’re better able to think good thoughts about ourselves and others. We’re better able to speak good words; to do kind, loving and wholesome things… behaviors that reflect the whole self of who we are, the whole world as it really is—a deeply giving, compassionate place of well-being and positive outcomes.

Is Immortality Possible?

Immortality is very possible! It’s as simple as turning right instead of left. As humanity, over eons, we have been turning in the wrong direction. All we have to do is turn in the right direction… and we’ll get a different life experience.

How Is Life without Immortality?

What is the life experience that we all have now? If we’re lucky, we may live a long time and have good health, but eventually our health fails. The health of our family members and loved ones is unreliable and gets worse. Accidents happen. Eventually most of us die.

For Immortality, Turn in a Different Direction

Suffering is something most of us endure. We live in a world full of accident, full of seemingly random action and random behavior. But how do we live towards immortality—live in immortality? We turn in a different direction.

We’ve been turning in the way of death. We’ve been doing things that don’t support human life or any life at all. We’ve been doing things that don’t support the environment—plants, animals and healthy air. We’ve been living in ways that literally don’t support our life form, Homo sapiens.

What I am here to do, is tell you we can turn in a different direction—the direction of integrity, love and spirit—and not act with anger all the time.

Anger Can Impede Immortal Growth

We’re all going to have some anger, but not making life decisions from anger and not making life decisions that destroy…  may be the best way to go?

To Act in Harm, Hurts Us the Most

As we destroy others, we destroy ourselves. To act, to hurt or destroy another human being… that act of destruction comes out of who we are. The active destruction of another person first takes place in ourselves, in us, and does the most damage to who we are, not the other person.

For Immortality, No Harm Is Best

To harm another person always harms us. We are harmed the most by our harmful behavior, not the person we harm. When we act out of anger, vindictiveness or hate, to hurt another person—we do that destruction first to ourselves, deep inside, to our bodies, mind and soul. We harm ourselves the most.

How to Structure Immortality in You

As our action goes forward into the world, there is an equal reaction that takes place inside us—this action is the foundation or platform of our acting out into the world. If we act out in love, we create love inside of ourselves. By our actions, our behavior… we literally structure our bodies, our brains, nervous systems, muscles, bones and organs… we structure all of these with love, when we love.

We structure ourselves with immortality when we act with immortal thought, love and care.

Mindless Disregard Impedes Immortal Thought

When we act with vengeance, hate and harm … or even mindless disregard for others… that’s what we’re creating inside ourselves. First we have a thought inside our head, then we act on it. This action creates a physical moving out, of ourselves toward the world. We are the persons impacted foremost by what we do, then the world is affected.

Immortal Action Makes Immortality

How do we act? We act with our thoughts, words and physical behavior. The more we think and act with harm, or mindless disregard, that’s what goes on in our minds and our bodies, and that’s how people start treating us.

The more we think and act with immortal thoughts, cooperation and good intent… the sooner immortality becomes our lives.

For Immortality, There Is another Way

There’s a way of life, of love… of consistent results and happiness, of well-being and strength. We get all this by turning away from injury, death and disease… and turning toward life.

We get love… we get the permanent love of our soul, that comes alive as we act more and more in good-will, with good-will in our life.

Choices We Make

Create the World You Want!

We shape and create our world with every thought we make.

Conscious or unconscious, every thought, word and deed makes our life what it is.  All of life is sculpting the world by decisions and direction all of life takes.

Make the Best Decisions

How do we make our decisions every day? Do we follow the crowd, walk aimlessly about… or chose the direction we want? At the end of the day, do we shape our future, or does unconscious habit make our fate?

Do we make our decisions by conscious choice or by default—letting impulses, habit and anger lead the way? What do we chose to create every day?

Get What You Want

What do we want from life? The world will give us our dreams if we chose what is best for ourselves, what is best for the world. A good and beneficial idea gathers strength from all of life.

Harm is short lived; love endures.

Dreams Do Come True

The world will give us our dreams if we dream well, if our thoughts align with tendencies of good design. Life will give us what we want if we chose thoughts, words and deeds that contain our desire.

Create a Wonderful Life!

To create a life that is good requires good thought, good words and good action throughout each day. If we fail, we can start again.

Tendencies of good intent evolve a world we all will want.

Is it possible that something as simple as awareness can change the world?

Yes it is; awareness changes everything! The act of being aware, paying attention to something, changes that thing.

As we become aware of something, we can change it, control it and make it something good. What we do not know, we can’t affect.

If we are aware that we create the world, that we aren’t victims of fate or random events… we can make our lives what we most desire.

If we are aware that we create the quality of our lives by choosing our thoughts, words and deeds… we become the captains of our fate.

If we know that all the world is affected by what we do, we begin to mature and grow.

As we take responsibility for what we experience, we can make the world a better place. We can bring forth the thoughts, words and actions that will give us the life we want.

Chose to be aware today, to better know yourself. Awareness, practiced every day, will give you power and grace.

The only fate at work in life, is the fate that you choose. Become aware today.

Use Your Will to Love

Our will and how we use it, is critically important in personal and spiritual development. Sometimes we use our will too much? Sometimes we use our will too little? But our decisions and will make the world what it is.

We create the world by our will, by conscious and unconscious choices.

The Perfect Feeling

When it comes to love, the perfect feeling of being alive… we may imagine it to be a byproduct of what we do or what we have? And often, good feelings do come from what we do: if we like to play tennis, and we go play tennis, we’re happier. If we like to mountain-bike, and we go mountain-bike, we probably feel better? Yet love is something more than this.

Love Is More than Feeling Good

If we do something we like, it does create good feelings… yet love is more than feeling good. Love is something more, an essential human need.

Sometimes love is scarce and not with us at all; we may feel bad? Yet we can use our will to change how we feel; we can will ourselves to love!

We can change our thoughts and feelings as we chose. We can love right now. As we think of love, as we speak and act with compassion… love begins to change our lives.

Love Is Something We Choose to Do

Love is something we make for ourselves and our lives. Love is not something we wait for; love is not something we hope will happen to us?

As adults, we must feed ourselves, and the food of love is in our soul. We always have love to give. As we act with love, the world gives love to us in greater degree.

Love Is No Accident

We may think love comes to us by chance, a random gift? We may be unhappy and dissatisfied with the lack of love in our lives… but this problem can be solved by how we chose to think and act.

Use your “will” to bring love into play.

All of us, right now, can use our will to love, to bring love into play. We are generators and creators of compassion. We are makers of life, love and perfection!

Resistance to love in our life, is our chance to make a stronger love. The lack of love is a call for us to make a greater love.

Think with Love

Right now, I can think of you with love. Right now, you can think of me or anyone else in the world… with love. Nothing prevents our ability to love beyond our own decision to love, or not love.

Have you decided in favor of love, in favor of your own life today? Have you remembered to use your incredible human super power of love?

Bring Love Alive!

I can bring love alive in my brain, my heart and my body… as all of us who are human can do. We can do it with our will. Can a dog or a cat do that? I don’t really know; they can do it when they see us. But an incredible gift I know that we have as human beings, right now… is the ability to love.

The Word, “Love,” Has Special Power!

Do it with me now—start thinking with love. If nothing else, if you just can’t get going on love, think of the word, love? How is love spelled? It’s spelled L – O – V – E.

Think of the word, “love.” Write it down in front of you. You can do this at work; you can do this at home.
Wherever you are, imagine love with your mind. In your mind, write the word, love.

If we want to have love, we are the ones to create it. We are the creators of love. We are love generators. Love is something we do. We all have the power of love.

Perfect Life within Us

We have perfect life within us; we can bring forth this perfect life as love, any time we choose. To love is simple and easy to do—just think of love! Think of the word, love. Write down the word, love. Write love slowly, easily and gently… 10 TIMES! See how you feel? How are you thinking now? Is it different than before you wrote love 10 times? This is our human power—we create what we want. We create what we think.

This incredible human superpower takes practice and repetition.

Stand in front of a mirror, and say to yourself: I love who I am! I love you. I love my mother; I love my father. I love my family; I love my friends. Love is a choice we have. Love is something we chose to do, by will, both gentle and strong.

Make a List of Love

Write down the people that you love; write down the people you want to love. After every third name on this list of love, write your own name, as someone to love.

If you are having problems with someone, having hard feelings about them… consider writing down their name as a person to love. This can soften your feelings about them, and bring peace to the situation.

Look in a mirror and say, “I love you” to yourself. This may sound silly and foolish. You may have tried affirmations before… but have you really? Have you tried an affirmation, throughout the day, every day for an entire month, every day for two or three months?

Making positive statements to ourselves, about ourselves, will have a good effect over time. Self statements, or affirmations, change our brain. Positive statements, repeated over time, change how our brain operates… making our feelings and thoughts improve.

Train Your Brain to Do what You Want!

We are giving our brain instructions every day… telling our brain how to feel and think. We can do this with awareness and good intent, or with random reaction to life events? It is our choice.

If we instruct our brain with awareness and good intent, we can make a powerful difference.

Personal change and a life of love are a choice and action we make. Affirmations change our brain—this is a proven process with a scientific basis, not wishful thinking. Do it; try it! Repeat your positive statements for three months, every day, throughout the day. You will make a powerful change.

Our brain is what we make it. Our life is the same.

The Habit of Bliss

Practice love every day, for three months, and your life will change! You can love yourself… no matter what you have done, no matter what others have done to you. You can love yourself right now by looking in a mirror and saying, “I love you.”

This may not work the first time you do it, the second time or the third? We have to practice love for weeks, months and years to have a stronger brain of love, a life of compassionate bliss. To have love and good-will every day, we must practice on a daily basis.

The latest research shows it takes about three months to create a new habit. This is a neurological process where we restructure our brain. A new sport or a new dance is learned in this manner, so is love.

We are forming our brains and lives every day by random thoughts or active intent. The quality of each day is created by how we have chosen to react. Why not create our lives with conscious purpose—with thoughts, feelings and outcomes we want? We can be a random reaction, or an active intent of love.

A Love for All of Life

If we could feel a special love for ourselves, for other people and life in general… would we chose to do this? If we could feel a love for all of life, would that be a valuable thing? If we experienced life giving love back to us, would that be good?

A realistic expectation, when practicing love, is a life in love with who we are!

All of existence has an identity of love; our basic identity is that of a loving individual. We can share and commune with all of the world in a loving way, in a blissful coexistence if we choose.
