To Blame or Not to Blame?
“When we blame another person for how we think and feel, it disables our ability to live, create and heal.”
“When we blame another person for how we think and feel, it disables our ability to live, create and heal.”
A dream, the dreaming process, creates our life… the day dream makes our circumstances, feelings and thoughts what they are.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could control our day dreams; well we can! The first step to controlling the dreaming process is becoming aware, by gentle attention, to what we are dreaming, becoming aware what we are thinking and feeling from moment to moment.
The easiest way to discover what we are dreaming is to examine our thoughts and feelings.
Ask yourself what you are thinking and feeling? And why? Are you trying to defend something, protect something or acquire something you want but do not have?
What is on your mind most of the time? Regret, resentment, anger and fear? Then this is your dream. What you repeat again and again in thought and feeling is what you create.
Become aware of what you repeat, and change it to create the world, the feelings and thoughts you want in your life. Make your reality something you want and need. Make it good if you want a good life.
It is important to dream, or become aware of what we are dreaming. Dreaming is how we create our life.
A specific dream may not come true , but it will lead to another dream that may be more important and may come to life. So all dreams are important, and all dreams lead to other dreams that really happen.
The trick or skill of life is to become aware of the dreams you make while awake. If you are bored and unhappy with life, if nothing seems to change and nothing exciting or good seems to happen… this is your conscious dream. This reality is yours that you are making. Anything that happens in life is your dream that you are creating.
So capture your dreams. Know what you are thinking and feeling. Imagine and CHANGE YOUR LIFE if you do not like what you are living.
It is the waking dream that creates everything. It is your waking dream that will bring you misery or provide the greatest joy.
What is your dream to day; how are you living? Change, refine and create the dream that you want. Work at it every day.
Imagine what you want, then think about how you can make it happen.
First dream, then take action.
Dream and action make the best fantasy happen.
Few good things arrive by accident, most are dreamed, acted and practiced again and again…. into existence.
A dream practiced well, over time, becomes reality. Every thought you have, every feeling, is a dream creating your life and place of existence. Dream well.

Act from Your Soul.
When in doubt, act from your soul; do what is true and right for you.
Actions from the soul are from the seat or center of who we are: They do not hurt or harm. They do not retaliate for wrong. Actions from the soul build up and create. These actions bring peace and reflect stability and calm.
Acting from our soul brings the core of who we are into the world and makes things right, not wrong. Acting from our soul gives life and wealth, gives health and guides us in our way.
Acting from the soul is true to who we are. It makes us safe and well upon the earth.
Act from your soul.
Perfect love and perfect peace are the core of who we are. To find peace and love, there is no where to go but the self within; we are always there, inside of ourselves, with peace and love.
When we can experience ourselves in subtle calm, in quiet repose… the natural love and serene inner nature of who we are comes up and out and settles on the ground to hold us.
Peace, perfection; calm and eternal life are all within us as who we are. This is our nature and what we have always been. It is painful and lonely to not feel this majesty within… In this state of forlorn disgrace, we look over all the land to find it what we feel we miss. But we have it all along, as ourselves; we have this peace and perfect feeling deep inside us.
As we find this place of self, looking inward, we find it everywhere in all of life. Our perfect love is in us, and in all the world. Everywhere we go is perfect love; it is there to find us… from inside us, and out to all the stars. There is peace most everywhere, but the greatest peace and power is the self, the person who we are.

Life is always in motion. Within the motion, there is stillness.
A life is lived in motion. At rest or at work, it is the same: Our brain, cells, blood and internal organs are moving and working as a vast orchestra in action—electrons, neutrons, particles and waves. We are moving toward immortality, or we are moving away.
A lifetime is a journey with no destination.
Destination exists only in the imagination.
