Truth and Personal GrowthBe mindful of the words you use?

Words are not the truth or absolute.
Words are tools from our imagination.

Words are tools we use
to get to the truth.

The meaning of a word can change.

The meaning of a word, even in our
own mind, can change over time… and
usually will.

Is a word the truth?

I can’t translate my word to yours. The
same word may mean different things to
different people in the same group.

Contemplate what you’re saying?

How do you speak to yourself?
How do you speak to life?

What are you creating?

Immortality and Its Secret

The “secret” to everything is who we are.

The practice of Qi Gong makes that secret happen.

Karma and Immortality

If there is a “Wheel of Karma,” we can get off the wheel at any time.

If there is a ”Wheel of Karma,” we are turning the wheel, and we can make it stop.

Are We Slaves to an Unfair World?

We are not slaves to a preordained fate or the subjects of a caprecious God who is
teaching us “lessons.”

We are at work in the world creating our life, day by day, by our thoughts, words
and actions.

We are not pawns being shifted around a board by a Master player. We are moving
the pieces ourselves.

Rules and Laws Beyond Our Control?

We did not drop into a universe where we are subject to rules beyond our
control. We make the world each day by what we say and do.

We are not at the mercy of fate and struggle. It simply looks that way when we give
up control.

We are making the world what it is.

We Are in Control and Creating Our Fate

We may attribute circumstances to a “God” or nature, but we are in control. We are
the one’s shaping life and nature.

Yes, it’s difficult to look at ourselves and change in an honest way. It is difficult to look
at who we are, to see our legacy of struggle and pain, and say, “This is my creation, and
I can change.”

It is difficult to take responsibility for ourselves and the world, but we can. And we should.
Today.

How to Change Ourselves and the Laws of Nature

As we change our thinking, speaking and deeds… all the world responds in a similar
way, as a new born baby in its very first day.

We Live Our Immortality each Day

The End of the Day

1. Choose to be immortal by what you think,
say and do.

At the end of the day, the only important thing
is what we’ve created.

We create by living, breathing, waking and
talking… We create by everything do and say.

How we choose to live our lives determines
every day.

We can change a lot by changing how we think and talk.

Everything we do creates our day.

At the end of the day, the only thing important
is what we have made.

Our Immortal Mind
Our mind is not weak or limited;

Everything can be known.

There is no mystery.

As we join all of life, we have all there is.

All of life knows.

When we move, the universe moves.

As we are still, there is stillness.

With Immortality, There Is No Time

Time and Death

Of what importance is time, if time never ends
and time never began?

Sit quietly, relax and gently focus on your
breathing. Don’t try to control anything; let your
mind wander if it wanders; then bring an easy
focus back to your breathing.

As you practice this exercise, you may experience
a deep and steady sense of self? You may notice
time is gone, and there is one single moment.

The moment is your soul.

Every Step Is Immortaltiy

Yes, it's out of focus?!

With every step you take, please ask
yourself: “Is this the step of immortality,
or the step of something else.”?

With every breath you take, please ask:
“Is this the breath of my eternal soul, or
the breath of something else”?

Every step we take can move us close or
further away…

All the world will help us, if our actions
help the world.

If we want to travel a distance, we get nowhere if we
stand still. Yet, when we start to walk or run, we may find
the wind at our back? Or there may be a friend who notices
our journey and offers us a ride?

If we stand still and do not go, the wind can’t help
even if it blows, and our friends may think we have
no need of a ride ?

To succeed in life, we must take the first step. We must
begin the walk.

If the wind is not at our back, or a friend is not near, we
must decide what is best?

As we walk in agreement with life, the world will come to
assist.

Life responds to good will, but this may take time? We may
have to wait, or not? But waiting is an opportunity to
build strength.

Life is not luck, or a random event. The world
responds to what we do and say
.

Take the journey; make the walk. When our situation’s difficult,
we can ask for help, wait for the wind and build our strength.

Every breath we make, changes the day.

Every breath is an action, a statement of life.

Every breath we take and give, changes the world.

Beliefs can make war and prevent helpful change.

We cling to the thought that we are right and others
are wrong: This is the same as the kidney of our body
feeling it is the only organ formed correctly, with the heart
and the lungs surely at fault?

As we fight to defend what is “right” or “wrong,”
we appear as foolish as this thought!

What kind of thinking is this? What kind of life do we create when
we are at war with ourselves and all the world?

LIfe works when we love each other as ourselves, doing no wrong or
harm. Life works as we join, help and cooperate.

The discipline of life, is to do what is right and good for us all.
The belief in “wrong” or “right” moves us to fight, not cooperate or love.

Life is not about belief, takings sides and “making a stand.” Life
demands we accept, join and forgive.

Life demands we create with our heart and love what we’ve found.

Life works when we forgive, love and find value in everyone.
No one has to be wrong or right? We are the same body and mind
living life.

There is no one to fight, and no where to go. We are all the same.

Love and understanding heal what’s broken with the world. Love and
understanding bring the forms of life to agreement, making all that’s good.

Alone and at war, we die. Together we live. There is but one body
and mind; it is ours. All of life is the same and good.

Whenever we wrong another, we are wronged in ourselves.
Whenever we harm another, we and all the world are harmed.

There is no way out but to love.
