Personal Growth and Choices

Choices We Make

Create the World You Want!

We shape and create our world with every thought we make.

Conscious or unconscious, every thought, word and deed makes our life what it is.  All of life is sculpting the world by decisions and direction all of life takes.

Make the Best Decisions

How do we make our decisions every day? Do we follow the crowd, walk aimlessly about… or chose the direction we want? At the end of the day, do we shape our future, or does unconscious habit make our fate?

Do we make our decisions by conscious choice or by default—letting impulses, habit and anger lead the way? What do we chose to create every day?

Get What You Want

What do we want from life? The world will give us our dreams if we chose what is best for ourselves, what is best for the world. A good and beneficial idea gathers strength from all of life.

Harm is short lived; love endures.

Dreams Do Come True

The world will give us our dreams if we dream well, if our thoughts align with tendencies of good design. Life will give us what we want if we chose thoughts, words and deeds that contain our desire.

Create a Wonderful Life!

To create a life that is good requires good thought, good words and good action throughout each day. If we fail, we can start again.

Tendencies of good intent evolve a world we all will want.

Immortality and Love

Love will always love us back!

There is no limit to love!

Love is not confined or restricted.

Life sustains love; love sustains life.

Love is the substance of living.

When we love, our love has effect.

Love carries our thoughts and will.

Love is a song that catches on.

Love is how we’re designed.

Love gives us vision.

With love, we find our way.

Love leads and follows wherever we go.

The Meaning of Love

Love informs us.

Love keeps us safe.

Love agrees and prepares the way.

Love is the core of freedom and bliss.

Love has no demand.

Love only gives.

Love is our natural way.

Love is what we need to live.

Love knows what we need to know.

Love is a cycle, an endless gift.

We are the blessing of love.

To love, we must give.

To give, we must love.

Personal Development: Life Is a Gift

Life Is a Gift

Who Is Happy?

To those who are happy, life is a gift. To those who are not happy, life is a curse. To most of us, life has been both a gift and a curse.

Life is a gift if we use it to give.

Meditate on Life

This is a fact on which we need to meditate every day. We need to go where it is quiet and realize that life is a gift, a precious delight.

Think for a few minutes? The next time you are unhappy or upset, think of life and the gifts that you have; start counting them off. List them in your mind or on paper.

What Can We Do?

Can you see–look at something beautiful. Can you hear–listen to a joyful note. Can you talk–say something with love. Do you have friends–treasure them. Can you pray–pray for a benevolent outcome.

Feel life, feel it inside you and all around you. Focus on the feeling of your own life inside you. If you can do this, you will feel excitement and love.

Life Is Exciting!

Life is powerful, peaceful and benevolent. Realize how lucky and fortunate you are to be part of this love called life. Realize that you are part of everything in Creation. All of Creation is helping you in your life, and you are helping all of Creation.

Life is a generous gift in all its manifestation. In pain and suffering, life is still willing to give to us whatever we ask. If we are so sick that we cannot ask, others may ask of life in our place. Life never quits on us or anyone else.

A Misunderstanding?

It is only by misunderstanding that life appears to quit—especially in sickness. It may appear that life is quitting on us as we or our loved ones die?

Death is a misunderstanding of life.

The Choice

We have a choice. We do not have to die. We can go on living.

Life is a gift of constant creation. Why give life up to pain and sorrow, if we have the choice to do something different?

Immortality Makes It's Way Unseen

Everything we see, living and non-living, is who we are, a part
of our totality.

We come from the primordial spark that is now the universe.

We share this spark with all the world.

The spark feels powerful inside us. Its tune is love.
This love can be gentle and small. This love can be powerful and strong.

The spark lives on in everyone and everything. We may seem separate
and apart, yet we are unified with all of life as one simple spark.

Immortal Life with Qi Gong Thinking

How We Create Our Life

The dreaming process creates our life.
The day dream, over time, makes our
circumstances. Our dreams make our
feelings and thoughts what they are.

It Would Be Nice!

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could control our dreams
and life?

We can!

The first step to conscious control of our creative
process is to become aware, by gentle attention,
of what we are thinking, saying and doing?

How to Gain Control

We gain control as we become aware of what we are
doing and how we are reacting, from moment to
moment.

The easiest way to discover what we are creating is
to examine our thoughts, words and actions.

Habits Become Fact

What are we thinking? What are we saying? How are
we acting? Do we approve of ourselves; is this what
we want?

Are we trying to…

  • defend
  • acquire
  • attack?

What is on our mind most of the time? Regret, resentment,
and fear? Or purposeful compassion, improving ourselves
and the world?

What we see and hear from ourselves–by our judgements,
thoughts and acts–is our dream and how we’re creating
our life.

What we repeat again and again–by thought, word and
deed–is how we sculpt our circumstances.

Habits become fact.

Become Aware and Change Your Life!

Become aware of the behavior you repeat. Create
and rehearse the thoughts, words and actions you
want back from life.

Make your reality something you want and need.
Make it good, if you want a good life!

Qi Gong for Life

Qi Gong builds, constructs and assembles… all at once.

Qi Gong brings forth our perfect strength.

Qi Gong structures our soul—making this deepest, strongest part of us our life and all our world.

Doing Qi Gong activates the “perfect person” whom we are and makes this person real.

  • Qi Gong constructs our best and builds this best into the world.
  • Qi Gong makes us strong in every way–our struggle ends, and we belong.
  • Qi Gong builds the strength of who we are and makes it real.

With Qi Gong, we possess our perfect self; this self becomes the life we live in body, mind and soul.

We are the best, complete and strong,… as who we really are. The doing of Qi Gong makes this best our life and who we are.

Try the Qi Gong exercise below. Notice my cat wandering around; does she like Qi Gong? Let me know.

Immortality and Its Secret

The “secret” to everything is who we are.

The practice of Qi Gong makes that secret happen.

Qi Gong is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, practiced and improved for thousands of years!

Benefits of Qi Gong

  • Energy, stamina & strength
  • Vitality & improved health
  • Serenity, peace and a better life

Qi, pronounced “chee,” means life energy. “Gong” means work. “Qi Gong” means working with life.

Build and Strengthen

Qi Gong builds strength of body and mind.

Our strength comes from the core of our being, from who we are.

As this core of self is acknowledged and tended over time, presence of self emerges. With this presence at hand, we tend to be well and strong.

History of Qi Gong

Qi Gong began long ago, 3000 to 5000 years, and appears to have originated in China. Qi Gong is the origin of all “martial arts.”

Qi Gong consists of simple movements, specialized breathing and practice of thought.

Qi Gong improves health and our “state of being.”

There are no secrets; there are not tricks. The doing of Qi Gong will teach you.

You can also find the page you now read at my website: www.QiGongClass.com.

Right here, at www.ImmortalNow.com, you can find your free Qi Gong videos for practice.

Immortality is steady and calm.

There are many answers and many paths to the same question.

Qi Gong is one practice. Qi Gong is one thing I know and do.

Qi Gong is done in silence, yet there is no silence–simply fullness
that is steady and calm.

(Below are two easy Qi Gong videos… for “steady and calm.”)

This post presents the free exercise, “Finding Peace.” Below are two videos and an audio to help you.

“Finding Peace” consists of simple instructions for relaxation that work together with the “Qi Gong Warm Up.” By doing this exercise you will develop new:

Balance, peace & strength.

By repeating this exercise, you will gain greater balance, peace and strength!

Remember: Problems are complex; solutions are simple and quick. But you may have to practice and repeat the solution to get the desired effect? So practice and repeat “Finding Peace.” Two or three times a day are enough with sessions of 7 to 12 minutes.

The body and brain naturally know how to relax, gain strength and find peace–it is our design. We simply need to provide the right setting and the best circumstances. Peace will come; strength will grow. The secret is practice and repetition.

“Finding Peace”  -  Part I

  1. Find a quiet and restful place to sit.
  2. Close your eyes, and place each hand’s palm down on the top of your legs.
  3. Begin to breathe in an easy manner.
  4. Observe your breathing; do not control it.
  5. By observation, you may notice relaxation taking place, but don’t force relaxation to happen.
  6. Feel and notice your muscles from head to toe.
  7. Gently suggest your muscles relax and let go.
  8. Gently observe your breathing again.
  9. Relax your brain and nervous system.
  10. Observe your breathing one more time.
  11. Relax your muscles again from head to toe.
  12. Play Part One of  ”Qi Gong Warm Up” below…

“Finding Peace”  -  Part II

  1. With your eyes closed, imagine you can see through you eyelids.
  2. Imagine you can look to the tip of your nose, in an easy and relaxed manner.
  3. You are now looking through closed eyelids to the tip of your nose, pretending you can see.
  4. From the tip of your nose, imagine a ruby red arch going out from your nose and curving into your heart. Hold this image for a few seconds.
  5. Breathe easy, in and out. Relax.
  6. Visualize your feel rooted deeply to the ground, as a tree.
  7. Repeat steps 1 through 6.
  8. Play Part Two of  ”Qi Gong Warm Up” below…

This is the end of the exercise.

The secret is practice and repetition, doing it again and again. Strength and peace are waiting for you; they are your design. Make it happen, and do it again.
