By our will and behavior, we put love in place.

Reacting with love, in difficult times, brings us loving
strength. Using love throughout the day gives us loving grace.

The Instant We Love

The instant we love, life favors us more than the
instant before.

We can love right now, this instant.

There is no reason not to love. We can love all we want.

When we have love, what is happening to us, and what do we do with this love?

Love Is Our Natural State of Being

Perhaps “love” is best understood as the natural state of life and health: When we are fully functioning and at our best—we, the world and everyone else are in love.

Love is the essential state of human mind and body.

In love, we know what needs to be known. With love, we do what needs to be done.

Love is a natural state where all of life cooperates; love is when we act in agreement with life.

Love Is Not Luck

True love is deliberate action.

Love is not something that comes and goes. Love is something we leave and return to
as we choose. Yet love can stay forever, if this what we want?

However, practice and commitment are required to love on a continual basis. To love without
ceasing requires a bit of effort, it is not something that most of us naturally do.

So the “trick” to having love, if there is a trick… is knowing how we leave love, and knowing
how we return?

We leave love by the simple decision to not act in love, to feel and be something not of love.
We leave love by not behaving with love or kindness. We acquire and keep love by
acting in love.

Leaving Love Is Simple—It’s a Choice.

Most of us were taught universal truths at a young age in school, by our parents, etc. We were told to act with kindness, be forgiving, “turn the other cheek,” love thy neighbor, etc.

However… it is difficult to learn these lessons, to learn these truths if they come by words only, and not by human example?

What gets in the way of love? Fear, greed and anger inhibit loving action. Where do these disruptive motives come from? They come from the thought that we will die if we do not acquire goods and sustanance from a source outside of ourselves. This thought is wrong and incorrect. Needs can be met by loving action, where no one is hurt and nothing is “taken.”

Love Defeating Actions

Love defeating actions come from the idea that we must fight, kill and capture to survive.

Love defeating action comes from false ideas of self limitation.

Disaster in the human race occurs as we fight ourselves or someone else.

Is Something Wrong?

All of this wrong—all the fight, jealousy and fear—all of this is fiction based on false ideas
of limitation.

The idea of any living creature as a predatory being is wrong; the consequence of this
thinking is disaster. The disaster of predatory thinking plays out in ourselves and the
world as chaos, suffering and death. The world is not designed for predatory behavior.

Instead of a predetory world of killing and taking, why not have a world where we all belong?
Why not have a world designed to help, assist and provide… all we need? Why not
believe in this and take action to make it a reality. Why not create a better world that
provides what we need?

How about the idea that we are here to help each other?

Why Fight and Compete?

We fight and compete in obvious ways, such as war. We injure each other with subtle words
every day… by habit. We harm each other and are often not aware that we do? Instead, can we
be kind in thought, word and deed.

Love Is Always Here

Love is everywhere as the essence of our soul. Love is here to help us every day. Love is here
to give us bliss, assistance and ease. Love is here to do the work of life. We are here to love,
and love is our essential life.

If love is a choice, I chose to lie down.

Love Is a Choice

We have to chose to love: For love to be, we have to chose to love ourselves and others.

Of course, to love this way is a challenge in a world where people choose not to love, but choose to fight and compete instead.

So change! Change now! Choose to love—be loving, kind and considerate. Love when it is not easy to love. Be kind when kindness in not required or expected.

Now Is the Time!

Love when it’s impossible to love, and your ability to love will grow. Love when love
is not justified at all, and your love will be a sacred power. Love for no reason at all!

Love all the world, and the world will be in love with you.

Love is not a force, but a timeless state where our soul resides.

Begin with a smile—most smiles are returned. Add to that smile, and the world
will give.

It is simple to love, to have a life of loving kindness. But we must love with
strength and habit for the world to be a loving place.

We are the conduits, generators and creators of love. We have to do it, love.

Love changes us; love makes the world!

It's a Perfect Life

There Is No Wrong

When we are synchronized with life, there is no wrong.
All of life is in our favor; we are all of life.

When we are still and feeling who we are, knowing what is
known, we are immortal. Time is gone. There is one moment,
“now.”

The Eternal Now

Now is the eternal moment. Now is where we are.

Now is when and how we feel the presence of ourselves.
Now is when we’re born.

When We Love, We Know

When we love, we know we are the same as life–as rock, as
stone and dirt.

Synchronized with life, there is no fault; there is love alive
as who we are, love in all of life.

Synchronized with living love, with all we ever are, we know
the peace in us alive, as a guiding star.

We Are Alive

As we know ourselves, there is no past, no wrong to what
we’ve done. There is only who we are, alive and full of love.

Perfect Life

The more we know our soul, breathing in and out, the more
we live as who we are, loving and devout.

The trees, the world and all life are with us in our work.

As we live and shape our way, things constantly improve.
As we know and love,with all our selves, we make a perfect day.

Feeling Good

Create Good Feelings!

We are in control, the circumstances of life do not control us.
We don’t have to feel good, before we act to feel good.

If we’re angry, we can use the force of that anger to create
the love we want. We don’t have to stay in anger

Love Is a Strength, Not a Passive Condition

Authentic love can’t be hurt–but hopes, dreams and wishes can be crushed.

• If you feel resentment, use the force of your resentment to forgive.
• If you feel sad, use the depth of your sadness to find hope.
• If you feel hate, use your hate to love.

We Are in Control

We are in control of our thoughts, feelings and behavior. If we feel bad in any
way, we can use the force of our bad feelings to create feelings and circumstances
we want.

We Are the Creators

As we understand ourselves as the creative force in our lives, we can change anything.
Anger can create love. Resentment can create forgiveness. Sadness can find understanding
and compassion.

We Can Have What We Want

We can have anything we want… if we point our will in the direction of our want… if we think,
speak and move toward our need.

Anything is possible when we understand we are the creative force in our lives.

In a dance with “love,”

we begin as partners.

In the end, we are the

dance we love.

Beliefs can make war and prevent helpful change.

We cling to the thought that we are right and others
are wrong: This is the same as the kidney of our body
feeling it is the only organ formed correctly, with the heart
and the lungs surely at fault?

As we fight to defend what is “right” or “wrong,”
we appear as foolish as this thought!

What kind of thinking is this? What kind of life do we create when
we are at war with ourselves and all the world?

LIfe works when we love each other as ourselves, doing no wrong or
harm. Life works as we join, help and cooperate.

The discipline of life, is to do what is right and good for us all.
The belief in “wrong” or “right” moves us to fight, not cooperate or love.

Life is not about belief, takings sides and “making a stand.” Life
demands we accept, join and forgive.

Life demands we create with our heart and love what we’ve found.

Life works when we forgive, love and find value in everyone.
No one has to be wrong or right? We are the same body and mind
living life.

There is no one to fight, and no where to go. We are all the same.

Love and understanding heal what’s broken with the world. Love and
understanding bring the forms of life to agreement, making all that’s good.

Alone and at war, we die. Together we live. There is but one body
and mind; it is ours. All of life is the same and good.

Whenever we wrong another, we are wronged in ourselves.
Whenever we harm another, we and all the world are harmed.

There is no way out but to love.

Love with all the spite and hate you have.

Love with all your fear. Turn your hesitation to an act of love.
Use your anger to find love.

Use your loneliness to comfort and hold.

All that we are can love.

To resist or not to resist, that is the question?

Of course we want to resist a virus or a disease; there are many things we
do not want or need in our life. We should resist temptations that could kill
us or do harm.

However, when do we really need to resist or defend? Most of life will go
quite well, if we do not resist the process of life.

Much of our resistance may be unnessary, without reason and not helpful
to our situation?

Have you resisted the length of the day? Do you resist the morning
when you awake? Do you resist the sun when it goes down?

Do you resist the ride to work? Do you resist your life in any way?

Why not give in to the fact that we live, that we are alive? Why not give in to the fact
that we love and accept?

Resistance, as a frame of mind, is rarely required. Resisting our essential nature
can strangle our life.

Resistance to the love of our soul, mind and heart can make our life short and ill defined.

Why resist when resistance is not required?

Why not give yourself to love in an open way, not resisting who you are?

We are open to life, loving and giving by nature… it is the way we designed.

Give in to life and the best of who you are; why resist it?

When we are who we are, there is no Karma.

When we are who we are, life is the best.

When we are who we are, we live in love.

When we live our life as we truly are, there is

no death–there is simply life alive as love.

Love is who we are.

-  The more we know ourselves, the less effect Karmic action has upon our life.

-  Love is our essential quality, an unending power and ability.

-  Karma is an inaccuracy made possible by not knowing who we are and not acting from a place of love.

- When we are still and acting from our Core, there is no action acting upon us.
