The “secret” to everything is who we are.

The practice of Qi Gong makes that secret happen.

Every breath we make, changes the day.

Every breath is an action, a statement of life.

Every breath we take and give, changes the world.

Choices make the world.

We are making choices every second of the day.

We are the Creators, the ones in control.

Doing nothing nothing, makes life the same.

Doing something new changes the world.

God does what we do.

To resist or not to resist, that is the question?

Of course we want to resist a virus or a disease; there are many things we
do not want or need in our life. We should resist temptations that could kill
us or do harm.

However, when do we really need to resist or defend? Most of life will go
quite well, if we do not resist the process of life.

Much of our resistance may be unnessary, without reason and not helpful
to our situation?

Have you resisted the length of the day? Do you resist the morning
when you awake? Do you resist the sun when it goes down?

Do you resist the ride to work? Do you resist your life in any way?

Why not give in to the fact that we live, that we are alive? Why not give in to the fact
that we love and accept?

Resistance, as a frame of mind, is rarely required. Resisting our essential nature
can strangle our life.

Resistance to the love of our soul, mind and heart can make our life short and ill defined.

Why resist when resistance is not required?

Why not give yourself to love in an open way, not resisting who you are?

We are open to life, loving and giving by nature… it is the way we designed.

Give in to life and the best of who you are; why resist it?

This post presents the free exercise, “Finding Peace.” Below are two videos and an audio to help you.

“Finding Peace” consists of simple instructions for relaxation that work together with the “Qi Gong Warm Up.” By doing this exercise you will develop new:

Balance, peace & strength.

By repeating this exercise, you will gain greater balance, peace and strength!

Remember: Problems are complex; solutions are simple and quick. But you may have to practice and repeat the solution to get the desired effect? So practice and repeat “Finding Peace.” Two or three times a day are enough with sessions of 7 to 12 minutes.

The body and brain naturally know how to relax, gain strength and find peace–it is our design. We simply need to provide the right setting and the best circumstances. Peace will come; strength will grow. The secret is practice and repetition.

“Finding Peace”  -  Part I

1. Find a quiet and restful place to sit.
2. Close your eyes, and place each hand’s palm down on the top of your legs.
3. Begin to breathe in an easy manner.
4. Observe your breathing; do not control it.
5. By observation, you may notice relaxation taking place, but don’t force relaxation to happen.
6. Feel and notice your muscles from head to toe.
7. Gently suggest your muscles relax and let go.
8. Gently observe your breathing again.
9. Relax your brain and nervous system.
10. Observe your breathing one more time.
11. Relax your muscles again from head to toe.

“Finding Peace”  -  Part II

1. With your eyes closed, imagine you can see through you eyelids.
2. Imagine you can look to the tip of your nose, in an easy and relaxed manner.
3. You are now looking through closed eyelids to the tip of your nose, pretending you can see.
4. From the tip of your nose, imagine a ruby red arch going out from your nose and curving into your heart. Hold this image for a few seconds.
5. Breathe easy, in and out. Relax.
6. Visualize your feel rooted deeply to the ground, as a tree.
7. Repeat steps 1 through 6.

This is the end of the exercise.

The secret is practice and repetition, doing it again and again. Strength and peace are waiting for you; they are your design. Make it happen, and do it again.

The strength of everyone has strengthened me.

The love of everyone has loved me.

The gift of life and all the world has been given me, and I am who I am.

I allowed life to slay me, yet I lived.

When we are who we are, there is no Karma.

When we are who we are, life is the best.

When we are who we are, we live in love.

When we live our life as we truly are, there is

no death–there is simply life alive as love.

Love is who we are.

-  The more we know ourselves, the less effect Karmic action has upon our life.

-  Love is our essential quality, an unending power and ability.

-  Karma is an inaccuracy made possible by not knowing who we are and not acting from a place of love.

- When we are still and acting from our Core, there is no action acting upon us.

Grace: Unmerited divine assistance given human-kind for their regeneration or sanctification.

It is better to act from grace, than receive it. It is more effective to give grace, from our soul, than expect it.

Grace is a human power, a natural ability we all have. Grace is a way of living in cooperation with each other. Grace is agreement with all of life.

So often we look for intervention from a source outside of ourselves? We naturally want to be rescued, as a child in need. But what if the greatest source of life is who we are? What if the answer to all our needs is at our core?

What if the strongest source of grace and good is the consequence of our own actions and abilities? Can grace, coming from ourselves and our own deeds, be the greatest source of help we can receive?

As we act with grace, the world cooperates, and we are not alone. As we give forth the best of who we are, the best of life comes forth.

Grace and good-will, that we originate, create more grace and good-will: it is an unending and ever-growing cycle that includes the entire world.

Act out the grace you would like to receive.  Be the force of good in the world you would like to see.
