Personal Growth and Choices

Choices We Make

Create the World You Want!

We shape and create our world with every thought we make.

Conscious or unconscious, every thought, word and deed makes our life what it is.  All of life is sculpting the world by decisions and direction all of life takes.

Make the Best Decisions

How do we make our decisions every day? Do we follow the crowd, walk aimlessly about… or chose the direction we want? At the end of the day, do we shape our future, or does unconscious habit make our fate?

Do we make our decisions by conscious choice or by default—letting impulses, habit and anger lead the way? What do we chose to create every day?

Get What You Want

What do we want from life? The world will give us our dreams if we chose what is best for ourselves, what is best for the world. A good and beneficial idea gathers strength from all of life.

Harm is short lived; love endures.

Dreams Do Come True

The world will give us our dreams if we dream well, if our thoughts align with tendencies of good design. Life will give us what we want if we chose thoughts, words and deeds that contain our desire.

Create a Wonderful Life!

To create a life that is good requires good thought, good words and good action throughout each day. If we fail, we can start again.

Tendencies of good intent evolve a world we all will want.

Awareness for Personal Growth

Is it possible that something as simple as awareness can change the world?

Yes it is; awareness changes everything! The act of being aware, paying attention to something, changes that thing.

As we become aware of something, we can change it, control it and make it something good. What we do not know, we can’t affect.

If we are aware that we create the world, that we aren’t victims of fate or random events… we can make our lives what we most desire.

If we are aware that we create the quality of our lives by choosing our thoughts, words and deeds… we become the captains of our fate.

If we know that all the world is affected by what we do, we begin to mature and grow.

As we take responsibility for what we experience, we can make the world a better place. We can bring forth the thoughts, words and actions that will give us the life we want.

Chose to be aware today, to better know yourself. Awareness, practiced every day, will give you power and grace.

The only fate at work in life, is the fate that you choose. Become aware today.

Thich Nhat Hanh: A special man with gifts for everyone!

In this short and powerful video, Thich Nhat Hanh explains the fruits of “Mindfulness.”

To me, mindfulness can be thought of as “awareness” or a “mind full of love.”

Mindfulness works with everything in life, giving us what we need: health and healing;
happiness and serenity.

God is our soul, and is felt as we act as one.

Buddha for personal growth
The Feeling of Camaraderie

When we gather with a purpose or a plan,

acting together, our souls emerge–camaraderie

and the presence of God may be felt? When

together, our thoughts and actions however,

may not or may not be of God?

Thoughts from God?

The feeling of Camaraderie in a group does not mean the action or thought

of that group is from God or a Higher Power.

Action and thought belong to us, and are ours alone.

The Force of Life

God may be present as who we are, yet God is not about our “right” and “wrong.”

The Force of Life is always with us as we live, yet how we use our life is our decision?

We can’t blame the Force of Life or God for what we do or what we have? This is

of our own making.

What we do and how we act is our decision? What we do and how we act

is our creation, our responsibility.

Personal Development Awakening

Life Is Ours

Plans and action belong to us. Karma is

not a cosmic invention, but the total of our

action upon the world… good and bad.

If we pollute our water, our water is polluted.

That’s karma—it’s that simple.

Life’s not so tricky?

Benevolence and Peace

If we act with consistent benevolence, there are benevolent

consequences. If we act without benevolence, kindness in the

world is lost.

One wish, is a star briefly seen.  A wish made a thousand times

by thought, word and deed—becomes a fact of life.

Personal Development: We Receive what We Give!

Kind and Thoughtful Behavior

The more kind and thoughtful our behavior,
the better we receive from the world.

This is a principle of living we may know, but
forget in our daily life rush of life?

We receive what we give.

How We Act Makes Our Life!

If we rush about in a worried manner, we create a
hectic and worried life. If we offer little of ourselves
to the world, we receive little in return.

If we love, love is what we have!

Life Gives to Us

Life cooperates with those who give. We can give by doing things we like to do.

Personal Development: Help Is Here!

Love Can Help

The Secret Gift

The pleasure of our soul contains the secret gift of who we are and what we have to give.

Acts of Courtesy

Simple acts of courtesy may be the best remembered. We may not know when someone is in need? One small act of kindness can change a life forever.

Make a Difference!

An assuring glance, holding open a door or saying “I love you” at just the right time can make a difference.
It may not seem like much, but simple acts of courtesy can have a lasting impact.

Get what You Need

Help is here as we give of who we are, as we ask for what we need.

Personal Development: Life Is a Gift

Life Is a Gift

Who Is Happy?

To those who are happy, life is a gift. To those who are not happy, life is a curse. To most of us, life has been both a gift and a curse.

Life is a gift if we use it to give.

Meditate on Life

This is a fact on which we need to meditate every day. We need to go where it is quiet and realize that life is a gift, a precious delight.

Think for a few minutes? The next time you are unhappy or upset, think of life and the gifts that you have; start counting them off. List them in your mind or on paper.

What Can We Do?

Can you see–look at something beautiful. Can you hear–listen to a joyful note. Can you talk–say something with love. Do you have friends–treasure them. Can you pray–pray for a benevolent outcome.

Feel life, feel it inside you and all around you. Focus on the feeling of your own life inside you. If you can do this, you will feel excitement and love.

Life Is Exciting!

Life is powerful, peaceful and benevolent. Realize how lucky and fortunate you are to be part of this love called life. Realize that you are part of everything in Creation. All of Creation is helping you in your life, and you are helping all of Creation.

Life is a generous gift in all its manifestation. In pain and suffering, life is still willing to give to us whatever we ask. If we are so sick that we cannot ask, others may ask of life in our place. Life never quits on us or anyone else.

A Misunderstanding?

It is only by misunderstanding that life appears to quit—especially in sickness. It may appear that life is quitting on us as we or our loved ones die?

Death is a misunderstanding of life.

The Choice

We have a choice. We do not have to die. We can go on living.

Life is a gift of constant creation. Why give life up to pain and sorrow, if we have the choice to do something different?

(From my book, “Lessons in Love” at www.TheLessonsInLove.com.)

Pain is the marker that tells us where to love.

What We Know Will Save Us

Respect suffering. Know your pain; do not avoid it. Know that love
is close to you in your darkest moments. Know that suffering is an
opportunity to learn.

To Live in Bliss!

The world does not insist we suffer. We are here to learn to
live in bliss, to know the lessons of love.

(From my book, “Lessons in Love” at www.TheLessonsInLove.com.)

The Peace of Immortaltiy

There is a place of peace and immortality for everyone.
We all can survive and thrive, with every need met,
as we focus on the process of life and not death.”

Immortal Life with Qi Gong Thinking

Immortality Is Not Complex

There is nothing mysterious or complex about immortality.
Immortality is the process of living to the exclusion of death.

As we think, speak and act in life sustaining ways, as we stop
hurting ourselves and the world… death fades away.

Life Is Simple

Without death, life is simple–there is clarity and freedom.

Acting with good-will, the world is easy to understand; confusion ends,
and there is peace.

Kindness and Love

Without kindness and love, chaos remains—with suffering and death
the consequence.

Love and kindness bring us ease and immortality.

It is our choice, every day, to live or die—to suffer or be at peace.
We can chose a life of kindness and love, or a life of death.

Everyone Can Be Immortal

Immortality is simple and easy; everyone can do it. But we must
choose this life together–the world does’nt act alone.

Immortaltiy Is You
Thought has mass, velocity and direction.

How we think—chaotically or precisely—shapes our world. Chaotic thinking creates a random existence. Consistent thoughts aimed toward a goal, create precisely what we have thought.

How we think—with goodness or resentment—provides the quality of our life.

The Problem: If we are treated poorly, as children or adults, our thoughts may
reflect this treatment. Our thoughts may not be generous or kind to ourselves,
and we may, without knowing, continue our own poor treatment.

The Solution: As adults we have the ability to direct and control our thinking.
With practice and commitment, we can change the outcome of our day and life.

Making change is simple: To change our lives, we change our thoughts, words and actions.

Slowly, gradually and with repeated practice, we form new habits and make the life we want!

Our life changes for the better.

At the beginning, change is difficult. After a few months, change is stable and
easy to maintain.

To change your life for the better, read what I write… here, for free. Practice the few simple
exercises you find. Practice again and again until this practice is your lifestyle, something you
do every day without thinking.

You will have new and improved experiences of your life, again and again, until “something good”
is your daily habit, until “something good” is routine.

This is how immortality life is built.
