Practice Self-acceptance

Self-acceptance:

  1. Practice self-acceptance; no one is bad.
  2. Accept yourself. Love will emerge, and you will know the truth.
  3. Don’t argue or fight with yourself.
  4. Accept all outcomes, both good and bad.
  5. Accept your behavior and everything you have done.
  6. Say to yourself: “I accept who I am, and love myself.”

With acceptance and love of self, you will know who you are. Power will emerge.
