We are often in a state of reacting to what happens in life: the good, the bad and indifferent. In a state of reaction, we are distracted.
When we react to life, we fail to live. When life is a reaction, we have no power, and the person we really are never gets to see the light of day.
Stop your reactions and observe life with the real you. Observe with awareness, not reaction. Observe the reactions of life, but do not join in.
