My ideas have a Taoist origin, where Qi Gong is a suggested practice for health and self improvement, with immortality being the natural result of this progression. In modern medicine, aging is classified as a disease. I teach health psychology and Qi Gong. I've found this a helpful combination in recovering from my own long term illness.
